The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, to register an Account or place any Wager. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 88z88 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
88z88 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals and may require it at any stage of Account activity as part of its fraud prevention and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Typical KYC documentation includes:

You must never submit identity documents through unsecured channels, social media or informal messaging applications. Deposits are processed and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the Platform supports PKR as a base currency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to your Account will be communicated within the Cashier section.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name and that you are legally authorised to use. Deposits made from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may trigger a withdrawal hold or Account review.
88z88 is not responsible for failed deposits arising from payment provider errors, network interruptions or incorrect details entered by the User. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within a reasonable time, you should contact support with transaction confirmation details.
To withdraw funds from your Account, you must have a fully verified (KYC-approved) Account in good standing. Pending verification, active fraud investigations or outstanding bonus wagering requirements may delay or restrict withdrawal access.
Withdrawals are processed to payment methods on file for your Account. The name on your withdrawal method must match the name on your verified identity document exactly. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Cashier section and are subject to change. No guaranteed payout timelines can be warranted — processing times depend on both 88z88's internal review process and the payment provider.
Where an Account carries active bonus funds subject to a Wagering Requirement, real-money winnings attributable to those bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering terms may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
88z88 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request for the purpose of identity verification, fraud screening or AML review. Users will be notified of any hold and any documentation required to lift it.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. There is no guaranteed processing time. If you have waited longer than expected, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.
88z88 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms — including minimum deposit thresholds, applicable game types, minimum odds requirements and Wagering Requirements — which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.
Bonus funds credited to your Account carry a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier and qualifying criteria are specified in the promotion terms for each individual offer.
Any attempt to manipulate, exploit or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering, arbitrage strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value, or any other method determined by 88z88 to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings and may lead to permanent Account suspension.
88z88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already validly credited and subject to active Wagering Requirements unless there is evidence of abuse.
All Wagers are subject to 88z88's acceptance. The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit or void any Wager at its discretion — including in cases of system errors, odds feed malfunctions, or where a Wager is placed on an event whose outcome is known or where the odds offered are materially inaccurate.
Where a Wager has been accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human input mistake (a "Manifest Error"), 88z88 reserves the right to void the Wager and return the stake to the User's Account. 88z88 will make reasonable efforts to identify and communicate Manifest Errors promptly.
All Wager decisions are made solely by the User. 88z88 provides odds, markets and game mechanics as an entertainment service and accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any Wager. Once a Wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the User except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game or sporting rules.
In-play and live betting markets are offered where available. Live odds are subject to rapid change. A Wager is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from the Platform. Wagers placed during a connectivity interruption may not be accepted if the market has moved or settled before the Wager is received.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and/or legal action:
88z88 cooperates with applicable authorities and may report suspected criminal activity — including match-fixing, money laundering and fraud — to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies without prior notification to the User.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 88z88. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to claims for damages and/or injunctive relief.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88z88 and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to losses arising from:

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. This Agreement does not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
